Ejenta will collect and store Personal Information from users in various ways.  Personal Information is collected when you register for an account to use the Website and the Services.  To register for an account, a user has to create a profile by completing a questionnaire online.  Through this questionnaire Ejenta collects the following information: (i) full name, (ii) email address, (iii) mobile phone number, (iv) username, and (v) password.  The provision of this personal information is mandatory.  If you choose not to submit the requested information we will not be able to provide you with an account for the Website, and you will not be able to use the Website or Services.  We do not require that you register for an account in order to only browse the Website.  However, to access certain features or areas of the Website or to use the Services, you will need to register for an account.

In addition to Personal Information provided through account registration, additional Personal Information that you provide to Ejenta or the Website may also be collected.  Ejenta will store any Personal Information that you provide through the Website, which may include your address; contact information for third parties, such as third party email addresses or mobile phone numbers; health information such as date of birth, specific physical data, test results, health provider information, or health insurance information; payment information such as credit card or bank account numbers; as well as other information you choose to provide through the use of the Website or Services, such as data from integrated third party applications, programs and/or devices that you may elect to use in connection with the Website or Services and from which data is sent to Ejenta with your authorization, or any communications you may have with Ejenta.  You may choose to not provide such information; however, you acknowledge that Ejenta may be unable to provide access to the Website or Services without such information.

Ejenta may collect and store information regarding your use of the Website or Services.

As is true of most websites, Ejenta gathers certain information automatically and stores it in log files.  This information may include information about your use of the Website and Services, such as internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, operating system, date/time stamp, and click stream data.  Ejenta uses this information, which does not identify individual users, to analyze trends, to administer the Website, to track users’ movements around the site, and to gather demographic information about its user base as a whole.  Ejenta may also provide this information to third parties, for example to our partners to identify how our customers use our Website or Services.

Information about you from third parties may also be collected and stored by Ejenta.  For example, Ejenta may collect and store information from integrated third party applications, programs and/or devices that you may elect to use in connection with the Website or Services that is sent to Ejenta through a third party.  To the extent such information is not publicly available, you represent that you have properly consented to the release of such information to Ejenta.

You should exercise caution and discretion in deciding whether to permit the above information to be collected and used by Ejenta.  However, you acknowledge that without your consent to the collection of the above information about you, the Website and Services may not be available to you or may be unresponsive or inaccurate.  Should you elect to not provide such information to Ejenta or if you are concerned about Ejenta’s or any authorized third party’s use of any of your Personal Information, you should not use the Website or Services.

Of course, Ejenta cannot be responsible for your use, or any authorized third party’s use, of the Website or the Services or any information provided by the Website or Services.  Therefore, you hereby release Ejenta from any claim you may have, whether known or unknown, regarding Ejenta’s receipt or use of your Personal Information, including any disclosure by Ejenta of your Personal Information to any third party, in accordance with Ejenta’s Terms or Service.  In this regard, you knowingly and voluntarily waive all rights under California Civil Code Section 1542, which provides as follows:

A general release does not extend to claims which the creditor does not know or suspect to exist in his or her favor at the time of executing the release, which if known by him or her must have materially affected his or her settlement with the debtor.

In addition, you hereby agree to indemnify and defend Ejenta from any and all claims by any third party regarding Ejenta’s receipt or use of your Personal Information, including any disclosure by Ejenta of your Personal Information to any third party, in accordance with Ejenta’s Terms of Service.
